- Working as Sr Manager In Himachal Pradesh Gramin Bank, and started farming in 2003 at kalasan village in Himachal in Mandi district.Working for farming community and by merging 16 SHG's started a farmers group- Karsog Valley Farmer's group in 2006. Kalasan Nursery Farm, the name of our farm , which is run by my wife Rajni Rawat grows exotic vegetables, apples , pears, apricote ,mushrooms and propagating apples and potatoes through tissue culture and apple rootstocks are also produced with conventional method of stoolbed,organically. we have also been importing planting material from Italy. we live in the farm with my family and parents . We also have- small dairy farm with ten dairy cattles, two german shepherd and a kittu cat.
